Sofa buddies


Jack Russell & Border terrier share a sofa

Thames barge at Maldon, Essex


With the tide high, a sailing barge makes it’s way up the Blackwater towards Maldon (Essex)

“Ingrebourne Journey”


This painting depicts a typical scene from Harold Hill, Essex, in the 1960’s. The red, London Transport RT buses travel up and down the concrete estate roads.




A commissioned cat portrait, this chap has lots of character in that face

“MkII atitude”


The MkII Ford Escort was renowned for it’s tail-happy handling. This heavily modified version drifts around a country lane.

“Home Soil”


The Avro Lancaster was othe main-stay of the RAF bomber command, during WWII. These three aircraft cross the coast at Kings Lynn, returning to their base in Cambridgeshire.


“Triple portrait”


Three boys laying together for their portrait to be painted - not a chance, but a possibility with the help of lots of photos.

“Morning view”


There is a lot of depth in this painting, the detail in the foreground garden thru to the distant, misty hills.
